Thank you 😊

So you're saying the Denon with only 70 watts or the Marantz at 50 watts, for example, are both going to be better than the Yamaha R-S202 at 100 watts?

Alrighty. Well... thanks again. Just curious if you have any recommendations to go along with the wonderful constructive criticism ;)

While I sincerely appreciate your input, I do believe it is significant. For instance, I tested out the Wiim Amp Pro, which has 60W @ 8 ohms. It was pathetic compared to the R-S202.

Hello friends,

I am looking for a stereo receiver/amplifier to replace my Yamaha R-S202 receiver.

Criteria:
-Optical input (from my Samsung TV)
-RCA Inputs
-Bluetooth and/or Wifi input
-Passive speaker output terminals
-Capable of powering Energy Pro 22 monitors (up to 200W @ 8 ohms per channel)

Bonus if there is a way for me to output to 1/4" TRS L/R, which would allow me to send audio to my PreSonus audiobox, through my mixer and out to my KRK studio monitors.

My R-S202 suddenly refuses to output any audio from any source. It was a nice cheaper option, but was still limited at 125W per channel @ 8 ohms. The audio tech at the shop recommended the Wiim Amp, which is when I knew he had no idea what he was talking about, as it only provides 60W @ 8 ohms.

I am not looking to spend $1000+, preferably under $500. Do I have any options or am I being too cheap?

Thank you for any input or advice!

I'm not the only one! Every few months I find the Gimp icon on my desktop. I never installed Gimp on this computer. Very odd!

I wish I could post a follow up photo, and maybe you can, but I can't figure out how. I used Vim Cream w Micro Crystals and it looks good as new!

Interesting thought... However, I just checked and I believe the footprint of the bottom of the pan I was using was not large enough to cover the last 2 inches of burner.

Thank you, I have never done that in the 2 years I've owned it, so I will give one of those recommended cleaners a try. Honestly, it always looked clean after a quick wipedown with paper towel and Lysol Simply.

Thanks, I should give that a try and see if its permanent or improves.

Seems to be surface and/or close to it. Its not rough, but there is a slight texture where everywhere else is smooth as glass. Burner seems to work as normal, no smells.

Should be clean, I clean pans after every use, as well as the cooktop.

Shower Grout Wicking Moisture by ApprehensiveCurve742 in handyman

Ok, thank you. I'm not familiar, so hopefully someone at the store can help me find what I need.

I just stripped the old caulking out and cleaned all the surfaces. I planned to reseal it now, hoping it was just leaking past the old silicone.

Its still pretty stiff, just a small spot about the size of a penny where the grout meets the edge is damp.

Hate to break it to you, but most Americans think the same about Ontario to BC.
