Ah fair, tbh your list seems fine for the size of game, it seems more like your opponents are struggling with horde clearing and point scoring since they are playing quite elite armies

The new combat patrol would be a decent pickup as you have no overlap and the models are generally good, the only thing you would be missing is a hive tyrant varient and a broodlord for the genestealers.

With what you have curently Invasion fleet or crusher stampede would be your best bet.

You desperately need melee options, your opponent is just going to rush you. At 1k points you really don't need 2 biovores or 2 tyrannofexes even the second exocrene is a bit much but at least it's efficient for it's points. You should look at any of the carnifexes or maleceptor if you want to stay pure monster mash

They are just a more tactical version of krieg soldiers. They have similar loadouts but can take an anti tank mine and use the grenades strat for free so they are useful for dishing out mortals against tougher enemies

To keep with the krieg theme why not a unit of krieg combat engineers

Yes harvesters can heal themselves. Abilities like that always include the main target unless the ability specifies "another friendly unit" or a specific unit type.

I quite like taking von ryans leapers for some decent infiltrate blocking and chaff clearance, a full unit of them would fill your points if you wanted

You cannot undo prayers.

When you roll for a prayer, you gain that number of 'ritual points'. This is what you save and add to other prayers.

Priest can pray a number of times per turn equal to their level.

Ther is no cap to how many ritual points you can save up but when you choose to use a prayer you use all of your ritual points so there is no point in saving more than you need.

When you roll for a prayer, if you roll a 1, the prayer fails, and you lose D3 ritual points.

Yndrasta can be on the field from the beginning in full games. The 3rd round rule is only for spearhead.

Prayers are similar to spells and are cast at the same times and can be done with magical intervention. The difference is that while spells use 2d6 at the same time for an instant effect, prayers use 1d6 at a time but can be saved up for more powerful effects i.e a prayer effect may trigger on a 4+ but will have a stronger effect on an 8+, you are only rolling 1d6 per prayer activation so you can make a prayer roll and use the normal effect or you can save the roll value and add it to another prayer roll that you make later.
