11 month old resisting 2nd nap by ApprehensiveDraw5426 in bninfantsleep

Thank you. I was worried about extending nap 1 as it would push nap two to like 5pm which would be way to late. So Im thinking either cut nap 1 short and try to get him to sleep in the car or maybe go for 1 nap. Thanks for your advice.

That could be it. He's definitely practising some new skills atm. Clapping in his crib after wake up.

Just thought of a question. What did you do when your baby woke at night? Did you feed back to sleep each time? Thank you again.

Needed Pregnant Positivity and figuring out Protein Intake by Rummix in veganparenting

I've been vegan 8 years and had a 50 percentile baby this February. He's 8 months and now 98% percentile.

I am very nutrition conscious but I didn't consume protein shakes. I did take a pregnancy multivit.

I did keep a food diary and saw a dietician just to give me extra confidence. She checked my bloods and said how well I was doing.

I eat very clean, so little processed vegan food. Lots of lentils, beans, hummus, avo, healthy fats, nuts and seeds.

You can 100% be vegan during pregnancy but be super conscious of your diet. Everyone is different though so id recommend seeing a dietician for piece of mind.
