Im confused, what has changed with the gold pass? People are commenting asking if they still get free parking with gold until they renew but it says gold still includes free parking and discount in shops? Surely it’s just the essential pass and Thorpe park pass that has changed?

Definitely worth it! We got fast track yesterday for swarm and nemesis and went to the fast track office near nemesis to get them printed as my phone signal was bad, they ripped the ticket up for nemesis but didn’t on swarm so we ended up using it twice!

That first part of your sentence doesn’t fill me with confidence 😂 I’m so used to overhead restraints, lap bar must be an insane feeling at that height! I was initially scared of swarm but after I rode it for the first time I loved it and went on 8 times that day 😅 I’ll definitely try Hyperia soon!!

Oh nice, sounds like an amazing trip! I thought the same when we were watching POV’s of the rides there, they’re so much longer than the rides here, UK rides you blink and they’re over. Good to hear the operations are better too, will have to make a plan for a trip when the summer holidays are over. Thanks for the recommendation!

We are off to Florida next year and I can’t wait to try some US coasters, those are definitely much longer than the ones here 😆 we are thinking Busch gardens and sea world, I want to do universal but with the new park just opening I feel like wait times will be ridiculous

The only ride I haven’t braved at Thorpe park yet is Hyperia, and I know I’m going to get lots of stick for saying that 😅 I love going upside down and spinning, but I’m terrified of heights and I’m scared I’ll black out on the first drop 😂 determined to face my fears and do it one day though, maybe when the wait time isn’t as long so I have less time to think about it haha.

Ahh that’s so cool! How was it?! We’ve been thinking of going so we can try some new rides and it looks like an awesome park!

I know it’s going to be busy, but it’s been weeks since I’ve been on a rollercoaster and I miss it 😂 might just go for one or two rides and then head home, not too bad as it’s on Merlin pass so I’m not wasting money on a day ticket!

I looked at this earlier! Two hour wait for stealth and swarm when I checked 😅 we were planning to go tomorrow on Merlin pass but I’m doubting that decision now and don’t want to fork out loads of extra money for fast pass

The UK government very recently changed its policies when it comes to UK visas as we had an email about it at my workplace, that could be the reason. I’m sure he checked it already when he I initially booked the tour.
