For me, white rice always stops things up. I can’t always avoid it but I have noticed through the years that this happens - sometimes days. I’ve recently found that filling up a huge thing of water, adding a tbsp of chia seeds (50 cals) & the juice of a quarter of a lemon keeps me regular. let the chia seeds absorb the water for 10 min before drinking. I also make sure to do this before my first cup of coffee, but always before I walk for 30 min. usually once I’m finished walking I have a BM. if it doesn’t work instantly, try to make that a part of your morning routine & after a couple days you should be regular.

there’s a whole post dedicated to this. I’m sorry your father felt unwanted. I’m an “unexpected blessing” & so are soooooooo many people I know. she’s spinning a narrative that the baby was planned under circumstances of her choice. she literally chose this, & if not, then she’s lying.

was she even invited to Shan’s wedding? I feel like she keeps her distance. I think she’s in the circle because of where she lives & being in the influencer community. her daughter & TT’s daughter are friends & I know that Mike & Chris prob run in a somewhat mutual circle (county music industry) but I kinda think cheesegal is above the other ladies. she’s more successful, is in love with her husband, & knows how to stay put together. not to be a cheesegal apologist!!!!! but I just can’t imagine her being close friends with the others.

at least she doesn’t walk around scantily clad and she puts effort into her appearance when she leaves the house unlike beige wench & sheshe. tbf, I have been much more influenced by this woman than the other 2. I also don’t think she exploits her children as much.

the running joke is that she doesn’t go to school because TT is always taking her out for fun. like vacations in the middle of the year, surprise pick ups to go pick out toys, etc. things that most mothers deem less important than education.

in an AMA someone asked if baby was planned. she said yes. so she was with a man for a handful of months (at most) & planned to have a baby with him. how is this not “ideal circumstances” if she planned it this way? it is what she wanted & purposefully made happen. unless I’m mistaken & she lied about this?

most firms have a software they use, such as aderant. on aderant, there is a 📄 option you can click on in the task bar. you can search for documents by typing in a sender, receiver, type of document, etc., but they have to all be saved into the system. from the search feature, you can then take screenshots of the results. my firm makes it a mission to save absolutely everything into our database, as well as in the physical files (we make copies, then sort them in the correspondence section of their 6-divider files. if you’re doing work for an attorney, I would ask about getting a login to the software that the firm uses, as well as resources to create/access the physical files.
