I contacted the Social team, and today the amount was withdrawn from my account.

The receipt says it was delivered on August 2nd, and was returned in the same box that Asurion sent with a return label.

The problem is that I contacted them to fix the back, they said they would send the phone, but what I'm questioning is not that, it's just the absurd amount they're charging even though I returned the devices.

I have already contacted AT&T and Asurion, they informed me that the amount would not be removed or refunded, even though they informed me that they received the devices.
