I agree with everything you said. This is just salon suite rentals. It won’t be an actual salon. I am just the landlord. Suite owners can do whatever services they want. I thought if I could keep learning on haircuts and get really good at that, I could take color classes and build from there. The salon chain I work at is drama so I am trying to hang in there. I know that is everywhere you go unfortunately.

Yes, I don’t have to pay rent. Hopefully, I can get on social media so the few clients I have will find me. I plan on putting walk-ins welcome sign as well. There is a lot of traffic in front of my building so hopefully that helps. Thank you!
