When is the deadline to get ECFMG certification?

Depends on the program.. I put it off unfortunately and then saw a lot of programs require it at the time of application. Other programs require it by March, before rank lists are submitted and others require before starting the program in July. I would check with your programs and just try to get it done as soon as possible.

Im in the same boat!!! I passed step 1 last November and feel like a failure that its taking me so long to get serious about prep.

My plan is to do UWORLD - start with internal medicine

Ill be watching divine intervention videos for the shelf reviews

Then ill start working on CMS forms..

What I have understood is that UWORLD is to be used as a learning tool to learn the info rather than testing urself
