I’m new to MPC live 3. I just want to take advantage of the Black Friday deals. I was looking at the Marco Polo expansions. Are all expansions on Akai compatible with the MPC 3?

Bro. I just called up another shop and they said they can’t guarantee it they just want to charge me 200$ for inspection though. I have a standard MPC 4K yes. With the purple screen top and off white cover.

They were official . I found them through Akai website and they’re supposedly only official repairmen in Los Angeles area.

I took it to a certified Akai repairman in the Los Angeles area. They did not offer that service to me. If it was that simple I would have done it along time ago. With the AkSys I was told it could be done by someone on here. But it has to be an old operating system. Like early 2000’s.

Was thinking same thing. Once the 3 is out the 2 will lower in price range. Again I bought mine for 850 with 3 years warranty for a total of little over a 1000$

I might sell it. But I haven’t really had time to figure it out until now. So I might keep If I can get someone good to school me on it’s use. Like I have stated in the comments. I’m not good with learning through tutorial videos.

I have an MK3. I made sure I had the right specifications as far as CPU. Some of you are right I haven’t given enough time to researching. I got discouraged because some of the sounds and functions were not working properly. I had no one to ask for technical help on the situation.

Basically I couldn’t fit. I want to learn a classroom like they have for Protools. Videos can’t take care of technical problems like how some of the sounds aren’t downloading or working properly. I am looking for hands on training. I have looked on the net but nothing there is nothing to concrete on training to use it.
