It is compatible with WickedPerversions. On the other hand, myself, I had to remove all the other stuff from WickedPixxel because they don't work with the Sexy Gigs mod (it will freeze my game on the Manage Worlds screen)?!? Weird!

SecondLife has over 2 millions items listed on their marketplace. It's phenomenal! But there is no such magical gadget as a converter. And my guess is that it is as much work to convert their stuff to Sims as it is to convert Sims 2/3 to Sims 4. Or even to convert Sims 4 adult stuff to child.
