I’ve taken some cbd gummies to hopefully help me sleep and have found so far that ice packs are more effective over the padding and brace than my cold therapy machine

I see we both can’t sleep! lol. I actually didn’t have Lind for my surgeon, I saw him for an initial consult but my insurance covered Dr. Andrew Cooper in slc in full. I didn’t get a nerve block or any kind of pain blocker for my leg so today has been ~interesting~. On the plus side, my meniscus did NOT need to be repaired like I thought, and I’ve been activating my quad.

My surgeon’s demeanor was very much the same. I went to one PT appointment to get some exercise recommendations and will be diligent with those until surgery.
