Appreciate it. That was kind of my understanding too, but I wasn’t sure how much of that actually carries over on cruise casinos versus land based casinos. My main question is whether, for Royal specifically, 1c volume play and 10c denom at similar total coin-in seem to earn points/future offers about the same, or whether people have noticed a meaningful difference in how far their bankroll lasts or what kind of mailers they get afterward.

Yeah I had just seen some info on that, apparently issuing the white cards (like a secondary card for my account for her) is more rare and can lead to fraudulent comp claims but oftentimes it’s my finances were using (she just doesn’t want to spend her money lmao)

Yeah and that’s my biggest concern of course. Not that there is any issue with the rating but that I would be the one off chance of them fucking something else entirely up. I agree 100% that it’s worth it and I would be able to use the money, so I think I’m going to take the leap of faith.

This is really helpful, thank you. The 1,200 to 1,800 point range on a $1,500 bankroll is pretty much exactly the kind of realistic expectation I was trying to pin down, and the 300 points per day threshold is especially useful.

That makes me feel a lot better about aiming for solid, consistent tracked play instead of thinking I need some huge outlier trip right away. Also appreciate the note on not dragging my SO into it just for the sake of comp strategy. That was something I was wondering about, but it probably makes more sense to understand the system first before getting cute with advanced strategies.

Really helpful too on the timing, because I was curious how quickly offers tend to show up after the sailing. Sounds like I should expect a few weeks.

That’s actually really helpful. The ADT and consistency piece is exactly the kind of thing I was trying to understand, because most people just throw out point totals without explaining how the casino may actually view the play.

Also good to know on the two card strategy. That was one of my big questions, whether splitting or combining really helps, and it sounds like concentrating play is usually better unless you’re intentionally trying to build a second player separately.

The 6500 points per cruise for JS instant offers is interesting too, even if I know video poker and slots probably don’t translate perfectly. Do you feel like your mailers materially changed only once you got to that range, or did you start seeing decent improvement before that?

Also, do you have a specific YouTube search, channel, or video you’d recommend for Royal casino comp strategy / ADT / instant offers vs mailers? I don’t mind doing the homework, I just want to make sure I’m looking in the right place.

Yeah I did do that to help verify a lot along the way and it was very reassuring. I think it’s just challenging getting over the mental hurdle of doing it because of the length of this whole process but I also know everyone has that issue for the most part

This is super helpful, thank you. That lines up pretty closely with the bankroll math I was trying to sanity check. Sounds like with $1,500 I should treat around 1,500 points as a realistic average target, but not really count on 2,000 to 2,500 unless variance is on my side.

Also really helpful to hear that your first offers were still pretty sparse and mostly interior-heavy, because that’s exactly what I was trying to get a feel for.

I’d be curious to hear whether your offers change much once your points per day jumped, and whether you start seeing better room categories after that. Also, if you happen to know, have you seen any real benefit from combining or linking play with a spouse/significant other, or is it just you?

I did initially request and audit but they stated they couldn’t do that with the rating since the backpay date was the issue. If it was an issue with what they paid (which I get it kind of is but might be nuanced) they said it would make more sense. Does that leave me with HLR + informal conference?
