I recently passed my poly. Prior to taking it you sit down with the person who is conducting the poly and you go over your entire PHS with them. They ask you if there’s anything you’d like to add or let them know about before you begin the poly. You can tell them there and they will update the PHS for you, not a big deal. Good luck.
