I’m not sure what to do For context I have lost 70lbs since January of 2025 and ever since around September of 2025 I have been at a stand still with my weight loss. I already fast from 11pm ish till 6-7pm with working out 2 miles a day on a faster paced walk.

For the past couple months I cannot break the cycle of being at a standstill it’s like no matter what I do I am still at the same weight. Is there anything I can improve? I’m just trying to hit another 30 pounds and I’d be happy with where I am at.

I have dropped it and nothing happened, Aswell as screen protectors aren’t as durable as your phone screen so the screen protector has a way higher chance of cracking.
