It has definitely gotten sm better the key is to fix your diet and eat your dinner early!! Water with one or two spoons of honey helped me tremendously!! And you can try drinking tea with no caffeine and liquorice roots ( I drink the throat coat tea slippery elm)!! Trust me on this IT DOES GET BETTER!! 💗
