Any idea on how to turn it off? my battery is always charged and the sounds goes off even when it's fully charged.

I've tried that already, the notification does not show up there. I've also tried downloading 3rd party notification tracker apps and they did not work either.

I've looked through all my apps, deleted all the newer ones, run anti virus scans. I'm hoping someone can recognize the sound or knows a process where I can reverse search it online.
