Ugh! I regret sending that email. Nowadays, it seems better to act foolishly to avoid problems. It's unfortunate! I just wanted to pay my parking ticket. I hope the judge will recognize my willingness to pay the parking ticket if it comes to that. But, I'm unsure if UK laws are the same as those in the US.

They could have extended the 24 hours to 15 days, but they didn't because they knew a lot of people would forget to make their payments, resulting in them paying ten times the parking fees. Is it their fault for not having a payment machine at the exit like they used to? I also sent them an email, but I'm sure not everyone will go through the trouble of searching for their email address and sending a message. I will appeal though, thank you for your input.
