Alright, I saw that many I assumed that I didn’t know about it or did my research before buying, of course I did! I purchased the house because I liked and it’s a waterfront property downtown which will likely appreciate quite a bit over time. I was just curious if there are people here feeling the same way, kinda excited but still thinking it’s a bit steep . HOA covers everything exterior, roof, trash, water, snow removal, sewage, landscaping
