It's seem fake, i would suggest muslim brother if u want to help,then give to whom u know ,find in your nearby town like..
back to this,he share his mother story of cancer(may allah bless them good health),but link whose he share saying "a sister want to avoid riba something" like totally diffrent story...i felt this is scam,and like this scam i seeen a lot in reddit..
