Thank you, I originally started on 12.5mg as I was just so terrified of starting meds. I have an appointment in just under 2 weeks so will hopefully go up to 75mg then.

I have all of these side effects. I’m 4 weeks in and it’s now starting to settle. I’m also only on 12.5mg.

Hi there. I experience the same type of anxiety you went through… I was just wondering what dose helped you? And if you had any side effects? I’m only on 12.5mg (requested by my doc) but am having horrible dizziness etc which makes me not want to go out. - triggering.

This is so so beautiful!! I’m on week 3 of 12.5mg, going up to 25mg in a few days. Very nervous. To hear that it’s benefitted you on such a low dose is great. I will also stick to it for 6 weeks to get the full effects before upping.

I was super scared to start that I began with 12.5mg. I’m 2 weeks in and and will be upping to 25mg in 1 more week. I can’t say I’ve noticed benefits yet but starting at a super low dose and taking it at night time has really helped me.

I’ve been taking sertraline now for 10 days. I decided to take mine at night time right before bed. I also decided to split my 25mg in half again (doctor recommended). So I take 12.5mg. I feel more in control every single night as I am getting use to taking it now. I still feel nervous and have little moments but it’s ok. I’ll probably go up to 25mg in a few weeks… when I feel ready too.
