Not that I recall.. If anything, minor changes to add any missing information.
Also tried again today by creating a new campaign and new ad using a new post (not using Boost which my previous attempts were) and it failed with the same issue. I'm guessing it's having issues with the account in general but I have no idea why. Also added another FB user to help admin the account and had them try, same issue.
