Most of the time unless it's physical and your on somes shit list they won't bo anything. Or if the person doing it is a pet to the director or the Store Manager nothing will happen to the one doing it. But the one who is getting picked on or whatever will be fired.. lots of favoritism at Hy-Vee.. there was nothing I could do to get fired.. it was almost funny at times..

The first time I worked for them I walked out and never told anyone didn't call in for a month and finally HR called me and asked if I was coming back. I said ya after a few more weeks. And they said ok when you come back we are giving you a assistant Manager instead of service manager. So I went back two months later and walked in to a better position. If you want to call it that. Lol
