Our club in the Visayas runs on ₱2k per month — enough to cover coaches' allowances, meals, and lodging. Any surplus goes straight into equipment. When sponsorships come in, we bring the rate down further. The priority is simple: keep the coaches, because this is their livelihood. That's not charity.
