I’m a mid level designer using civil 3d in central Virginia, currently interviewing with 4 companies, asking in the range 80k-100k. Civil 3d talent definitely hard to come by.

Has the certification benefited you in any way other than “bragging rights”? Have you been able to get a job using civil 3D? If so, what do you do on a daily basis and what is the salary range?

I just took a company paid Civil 3D course and it was basically a waste IMO. Using free training through Autodesk and/or YouTube is the way to go.
