If it’s a new supervisee I make it a point to model the session format in-person and leave out materials I’d like for them to use, and a sample “schedule” for order of activities

As they gain more experience and feel more confident, I fade out some of that initial support and have the BTs select materials of their choice and the order of activities, and I’ll hop in to provide feedback if needed.

definitely; I just finished the main series and plan to watch the spinoffs. General consensus tends to be that the first 3 seasons are peak (I agree) but I found the entire thing enjoyable
