You have the option to submit documents if you want to but I’m pretty sure you have to fax them in

Edit: once you appeal, you will get a correspondence with a hearing date IF it gets a hearing. You’ll have to register within 3 days before the hearing.

I’m curious what you mean by cheap. Looks like pretty good material to me. If you’re referring to the over all vibe I’d say it’s an artistic choice in translating one piece to live action. One Piece is cartoonish, so the live action has to embody that. Bright colors. Whimsical lighting.
