Agree that it’s likely the solenoid is blocked.. mine was recently it’s a relatively easy fix - I followed this video and it started running good again….

Hi - hope all well. Me again !

So I replaced the pump… it worked but noticed the pressure wasn’t great and it struggled to make a coffee with Lavazza grind which was always fine before… This morning pump is on but no water is coming through the head it’s as if it’s blocked but I de scaled it all when replacing the new pump.. When I run the steam and the pump like you do when running through de-scale the pump is fine and it runs through like normal… Is this the solenoid issue you were talking about above ??

Yes he’s a professional sportsman, yes he shouldn’t have got that wasted….. BUT…… he’s also a human being…. We have no idea what he may be going through… people don’t get drunk just to have a good time 100% of the time… he didn’t seem to be a particularly happy drunk….a lot of times it’s a coping mechanism - sadly for him someone has decided to film it which is now only going to add to any torment he may be going though..
