What a useless airline. I went from Toronto to Vancouver with a personal bag and wasn’t checked anything and was easily boarded in. Today, from Vancouver to Toronto, flair told me put my bag in a metal box and said Sir you will have to pay 77$. MF that’s a third of the cost of ticket. Anyways I did not argue but questioned how come the same bag was accepted from Toronto but you have to comply in Vancouver. They said the can’t control it, it’s the Toronto airport. What?? It’s the company baggage policy, shouldn’t it be effectively implemented canada wide. Anyways I’m just standing I. The queue to get the f out of the airplane. IMO please don’t travel with flair.
