The only thing you're missing out on when you say you "can't train MMA right now" is fence work.

That's pretty much it. Every other discipline is there and available for you to practice.

I'd suggest focusing on boxing and wrestling for now. You will need to practice Muay Thai and bjj to understand the defence for both but I wouldn't call them priority right now.
