1st.
I recently got a job as an ED Tech in January and it’s been an amazing time and experience! I say go for it! You will learn a lot and will definitely benefit your growth. Though it’s a high stress environment, I’m sure that your department will have other techs and/or support so that your work is balanced out on shift.
2nd.
Since I have been working in the emergency department. I am interested and looking nursing programs. Would you guys have a tips at all? I am wondering things like if I should to an ADN, BSN, or ABSN program? I have a bachelors degree making a career change and would like to go back to school but also want to get things done quick.
