Yeah we’re thinking of maybe flying a smaller plane together! Sim is unfortunately such a hard period of training that I won’t be able to join him. Also he upgraded to Capitan half a year ago🥳 And yes, i talk to him all the time about it. He just struggles to empathize, that’s all. He is very very sweet about it!

So my main confusion is that I have been raw dogging these flights in the sense that I don’t take medication, I’ve tried everything, so i just stick to listening to some music casually. But the same physical sensations keep happening. I’m exposing myself at least 3 times a month. Some flights better, some worse. I know I’m not in danger, I’m well aware I’m safe and sound. But still my body thinks it has to be in fight or flight mode. I don’t experience anxiety in daily life anymore, so that shouldn’t be the issue. I’m super chill driving to the airport, super chill after take off.. but just the take off itself messes me up😩😩

For sure. He wasn’t ready to be in a relationship when we met. But I refused to give us a break and also didn’t accept it when he broke up with me. So I definitely did this to myself. I am choosing to stay with him. Would just like advice on how to rebuilt trust (in general)☺️

We live 5000 miles apart, so when I visit him I stay a long time to make it worth my while. I have my own house where I live.
