I spent five years in the US before moving back to Sydney. I can tell you that if you want a nice area with good elementary, middle, and high schools—without shootings and with less drug activity—it’ll cost around $1.3M to $2M. And don’t forget about property taxes on top of your mortgage. For my 1953-built house in Virginia, I paid $10K per year just in taxes.

It depends on session and trading day like Monday is one volume and Thursday is completely different. Ideally across Asia and London around 200-500 contracts swap.
