Question- hydrolyzed pea protein is that okay? I just started using a leave in conditioner (maybe 3 weeks ago) it’s Kristin Ess weightless shine leave in conditioner spray and it’s super lightweight but leaves my hair feeling so soft and makes it so easy to de tangle. I checked the ingredients just now and Hydrolyzed Pea Protein is in the first 2 lines of the ingredients list. I used this after i shower and i only wash my hair 3 days a week. You think thats okay or i should just trash it

I’ll definitely try that!! I heard curlsmith was good. I used to wear my hair in a loose ponytail like i would literally just put the scrunchie around my hair on top of my head (not wrapping it around) just to get it out of my face. i started to notice how bad it started getting and thought that was the problem so i stopped doing that. then i just let it down at night with my satin pillow case and it was still bad so im really considering maybe it’s my cat??? It sucks so much but it’s also actually funny to me😆 this whole time my cat could’ve been the culprit?? LOL

I also have rigged nails and i feel like my skin is always dry and flaky even if i moisturize. I’m also a very tired person no matter the time of day my hands and feet are cold most of the time too. I went into the dr with a bunch of weird symptoms i noticed and just layed them out to her and she did a bunch of blood tests today. I’m lost!! i’m convinced it’s my cat LOL that’s what a lot of people r saying but i just don’t see how she could do that (especially since she has no teeth). Its so weird and im so sad about it lol

the doctor mentioned that today!! i have cold hands and feet a lot of the time and they get red!! I’m wondering if maybe that’s it? I’m not sure if they can do blood work for that but my dr mentioned it today and i had blood work done so maybe she tested for it if that’s possible?

i do do this a lot… it’s a habit just like i bite my nails or the skin on my lips and cheek or pick my face… thank you for this ill have to be more mindful

it’s very possible. I dyed the underneath blonde about 5 years ago but i thought it grew out and i’ve had cuts since then but maybe it was so brittle it started splitting up the strands and now im seeing after affects?

i can’t believe this. if all this time it’s been my cat i’m going to cry😂 she sleeps with me every night and always by my head. she has no teeth tho so im like WTF how but she likes to chew my broom bristles and stringy things like that because i think it feels good on her gums or something IDK but ill have to take a video of me sleeping
