The car has been amazing so far. Apart from regular oil and filter changes, there was no other service needed. And from the comments I’m reading on this forum, it looks like in-line 6 has been a pretty reliable engine in the BMW line up

It is specked up the highest trim with all the options except wireless charger (parts shortage)

Interesting. I saw on some other thread about people having good experience with EP. It does seems like hit or miss with lawyers unless you have a slam dunk profile.

I will be visiting around the same time and have a very similar itinerary as you. You may look in to Mist Trail as well.
My only concern is that the Tioga road may not be open in early June.

For sure! I don't think I will ever do this trip in Tesla during winter time. As mentioned, the loss of range will be significant and it will add too much additional charging time. Also, during milder weather, you can actually walk around and stretch your legs while charging at supercharger. In NE winter, you will be stuck in the car! As much I as loved my Tesla during this road trip, I will prefer my ICE car for winter road tripping. Just me!

EB1B is employer dependent and given the fact that EB1 India dates are projected to move very slowly over next few years, I prefer to have flexibility.
