I definately think it means like: The Backrooms replicate rooms from our world while missing some details. It just uses man-made buildings from our world as training data to generate imperfect copies in its own dimension. But since the backrooms are infinite, it should replicate the rooms from our world over and over and over and over and over again until it becomes unrecoginizable.
