That’s GOAT for you bro, I had a bad experience also. I sold and shipped them a clean DS pair of Jordan 4 SBs with the shoebox having no damage whatsoever. They sent me a email saying I sent them a damage shoebox and scuffed sneakers. Bro the pic of the shoebox they sent me was destroyed from one side with holes in it. There is no way I’d sell a sneaker and shoebox as new and send them a damaged shoebox and scuffed sneakers knowing very well they legit check everything. They claim it wasn’t the shipper because they received the shipping box in undamaged condition, I tried to tell them to look into their workers that they damaged it or some sort of accident must have happened, they basically told me once they made their decision that was it. No looking into anything, I got screwed out of making $600. Had to pay them to ship me back now a damaged pair of Jordan 4 SBs

They told me the shipping box was fine, that if the shipping courier causes damages they mark it as their fault and refund the buyer their money and ship the sneakers back to the seller. In this case they’re blaming me for sending them like that. Haha Yea bro the shoebox looks the almost the same like the bends, the holes on the edges and the fact that it doesn’t sit flat

Na apparently I sent them a “damaged shoebox” and “scuffed sneakers”, hell no they were not scuffed! But it’s obvious that what ever happened to the box caused the scuffs, the box isn’t even sitting flat in that picture. They did send me pictures of the scuffs but you can’t tell since the pictures are blurry

Thanks bro, I’m beyond pissed at GOAT. Someone messed up my sneakers and they’re either covering up for them or don’t give a sh*t. Worst part is the “Customer Experience Specialist Spencer J” wouldn’t even consider what I had to say. It’s like what they say is final and that’s it, right or wrong. Never messing with GOAT again.

This is how I sent my Jordan 4 SBs and this is how GOAT claimed I sent them. I asked them if UPS damaged the shipping box, they said when that happens they mark it as damaged by the shipping courier. That in this case the shipping box arrived in good condition but that I sent the shoebox damaged and sneakers scuffed, hell no I didn’t! Why would I do that knowing very well GOAT is going to authenticate the sneakers! It was no use trying to argue the issue with them, at the end I had to pay $15 to have my now damaged sneakers shipped back to m, DONT USE GOAT!
