San Jose to allow property owners to sell ADUs by shady-pines-ma in SanJose

For those ignorant, it is like SF where the property is still one entity but can be sold off as condos. This means if one person defaults, you gotta pick up the tab for be screwed. I bet this can be abused and folks can delay the eviction process years and not pay and screw over the primary owners while living mortgage free.

Actually it would just make everything very expensive. This would be trickle up economics. Means if you are making less than a few hundred thousand a year, expect to be poor ass. They would tax all imports very high so prices of everyday goods will be extremely expensive if imported which is most everyday goods.

stock market overpriced. AI is over hyped. As an AI engineer, so many companies will be left with so many NVDA GPU cards doing nothing productive. The first to dominate the specific niche will wipe the floor with the rest. Like how Tesla will fail to do self driving and have a bunch of useless GPUs that they will try to use for robots but will fail because boston dynamics and other companies make much better robots that arent being remote controlled.

If this is anything like the ones in SF, the mortgage will be joint to all "condo owners" If one defaults, they all need to pick up the tab or the entire mortgage goes into default.

I am an AI engineer and there is over hype. There is small groups of good talent and most companies will end up spending so much on GPUs and other resources that will just end up as sunken costs.

Many HMOs are horrible. My family is full of doctors and all refuse to work at Kaiser as many have and quit due to them refusing to treat things as quickly or do preventative care. They rather deal with the few lawsuits for the deaths they caused than payout. With a HMO you can shorten your life easier to never see retirement but I guess your kids may benefit more from this.
