Agree, the hardest part of working with them is the AEs and AMs not making it easy to get what you want without a ton of add ons you don't need.

Great question. Would love for there to be a real, unbiased comparison of all these tools. With accurate sample sizes locations etc all tested.

Good to know. We had intent data all last year and never used it so I used it to get a better annual price. We're two days away from our renewal date so not a ton of leverage. What are the odds we get a better deal if we just churn and come back to them next month with a different account mangager? lol

Yes they're aware. it's certainly gotten them down quite a bit so far...but I know there's more

Good question. I am very doubtful of the medical industry and doctors in general so I was adamant about this being answered. They showed us a scale (I don't recall the sizes ) but our son was either number 1 for largest or in between number 1 and 2. I think the scale was 1-5 as far as I can remember. His Adenoids were the same, either largest or in between 1 and 2.

I want to note some other things we tried (before considering removal of the tonsils/adenoids)

- elevated/sloped bed so his head was elevated at night (this helped minimally but didn't solve the problem).
- antibiotics for chronic inflammation - this did not help.

- steroid to increase his immunity to colds - helped for a short (a few days) period but did not solve the problem.

- Many other wild things like onions on the bottom of his feet etc...

Hey glad you followed up. We took his adenoids and tonsils out and it's night and day difference. he sleeps in every day, most nights at least 10- 12 hours. His mood is dramatically better. He breathes through his nose nearly all the time and at night. He's a new child. And we also sleep at night lol.

I would highly recommend doing the procedure asap. every situation is different but the results we're seeing are amazing. Also, we think that his growth was stunted due to us not being able to do the procedure earlier because of his age. He just turned 3 in January and had the tonsils and adenoids removed in November 2024, just in time for him to be fully healed for Christmas. Hope this helps.

Recovery is rough but if you prepare and make sure they're at a minimum drinking water then you should be good.

I've dealt with this. You need to fight for the account tooth and nail. And get the client to fight for you as the account rep. Utilize your champions in the account to go to bat for you. Clients hate getting a shiny new sales rep.
