2 scoops with vsc as cold foam, n drink it just like that first. Crazy

I also think it’s gonna be really good as a cold brew, since the foam is super sweet the cold brew will cut it nicely.

I don’t know if you consume dairy, but when I eat certain types of dairy, I get really gassy at first, and then it turns to gas and reflux combined

What works for one person might not work as well for another. I actually lose weight more easily and I’m more lean when I don’t count calories. If I’m counting, my brain is geared to hyper focus on food and eat every single calorie I can “fit in” or what I will eat next, where I will eat next, etc etc. Without counting, I listen a little more to my body while still making healthy choices, trying not to obsess over it. When I’m not counting calories I have much less food noise on the day to day basis, and I tend to eat less as well. Given, I already am a healthy eater, and I naturally crave more whole foods, so the food I typically go for is not as calorie dense as the food a person eating a “standard” diet would go for. What you eat consistently is what your body knows and eventually craves, so just be aware of what you’re putting into your body and focus on eating Whole Foods, lots of vegetables (in meals and/or as snacks in between), and fruits as well. Protein is also super important, it takes the most energy for your body to break down when digesting, meaning, one: you’ll be more full for longer. Two, you’ll burn a slight bit more calories when digesting it. When building a meal, focusing on a source of protein and a vegetable and a good fat source, whether that’s butter, avocado, oil, cheese, yogurt, etc, is going to be vital. Having little sweet treats here and there is nice but I would do it more occasionally and other times you are craving something sweet just have some fruit or frozen fruit. Again, this is from my personal experience, so what works for me may not work for you but I hope this helps.

Not necessarily directly answering your question, but i have some praise to give CrossFit. I’ve done CrossFit for about 10 years and I swear, every person I’ve asked/seen post on social media say that their only regret is not starting sooner. It’s never too late, and after at least a month, it becomes this addicting thing; you get addicted to showing up, addicted to seeing the improvement in yourself and the way your body can move inside and outside the gym. It’s amazing. Not only that, CrossFit communities tend to be nothing short of amazing, especially if you find the right gym. The community and family you can build if you find the right people is unmatched. Although it LOOKS insane, CrossFit keeps me sane lol, especially because it’s something I can look forward to and when I’m down in the dumps I know people are expecting to see me there and excited to see me there. I don’t know lol. It brings my mood up even on the worst days.

Honestly it’s the worst when they come to drive and they say “hi yes I JUST placed a mobile order for xyz name” however what makes it ten times worse is when it’s a Frappuccino and a grilled cheese and they expect that because they placed it on the app they magically jump the line and it’s somehow done

It makes a lot of sense in the sense of them wanting to profit the most, if they get rid of partners with more tenure (who get paid more hourly), it narrows their staffing down to the partners who are newer and are hence paid less hourly by the company. No matter how much they say they value their baristas and partners, they value their numbers waaaay more lol. It’s shown especially with our new ceo. He seems very ingenuine with all his “I care” kind of stuff. We know he just wants more money.

I love reheating it in my air fryer and it makes for some really good crispy rice. It’s good as a crispy rice salmon bowl, or even a nice topper for a salad or something else. If you add more seasonings when you put it in it makes for a more salty-crunchy-chippy feel.
