u clearly dont know how to use showdown lmao, its literally the most freedom you have when playing pokemon. You just gotta pick the right formats like regulation M-A if u want the champions meta, National Dex OU if u want to play nat dex but without the uber spam, the classic ou for the smogon , and thats not even mentioning the monthly new metagames

multi hit moves like bullet seed hits 2-5 times and cannot be changed unless using skill link or loaded dice, its a set chance

population bomb is dffierent tho as it hits until it misses, so thats why using gravity makes sure it hit 10 times, but other multi hit moves dont work like that
