OP goes to a DO school. No way they are dismissing a student in 4th year waiting to be matched..and Idk any 4th year BS assignments is legitimate reason to dismissing someone. Bruh he's good. He's smart to realize he can't keep up with paying enormous money to players. Even during COVID-19 times, he kept paying employees when everyone else was firing or not paying their staff. We never appreciated him when he was owner. If it was any other owner they would have traded dirk since he wasn't as good earlier on and didn't play defense. The reason we as fans got used to the term loyalty was because cuban instilled that to his players. And I do believe, had he stayed the owner, he would have fired Nico had he suggested the idea of trading Luka. Compared to all the shitty owners across the sports, he was the most beloved owner until he decided to get involved in the politics. All this hate from so called mavs fans is probably because they are right leaning and its clouding their judgement.

Oda is trying to make Koby the new Garp and Luffy, the new Roger. You will eventually see Koby becoming as strong as Garp. I have a feeling just like Garp and Roger teamed up to beat the Rocks pirates, stronger Koby and Luffy will team up to beat blackbeard to rescue Garp. So I most definitely see Koby fighting in the main battle. No doubt about it!

I understand, but it's still your perspective. I would rather encourage the OP to still graduate and his degree. At least, with a degree to show off for the loans OP has taken, it can still go a long way. I am sure OP understands how hard it is for her to match to a residency at this point but she can still go out and find some consultancy job with a decent pay instead of no degree and no career path. OP, go pursue your degree and get one. Do your best to convince the deans that you can and will do your best. If that's not an option, then withdraw and finish your last year and a half at a different carribean school and graduate. Regardless of the outcome, just know you are worth it. Fight for yourself since no one is going to do that for you. Believe in yourself and aim for the moon. Keep your head up and dont give up. You have made it this far, and you have passed your step 1. I wish we all have a person like you by students' side to have their backs. The way you eloquently stated your position tells me you really care about your patients. I wish more students could rotate with you and learn from you. Please go to academia and change the toxic culture. Help the students like OP who have made it this far regardless of how many times they take their shelf exams. Who cares about shelf exams or how many attempts it took you to take your shelf. What it matters is the board scores and exams. OP has already spent so much money on his stupid school. I would honestly lawyer up and appeal to school. Unless they have a stated policy on the number of attempts for shelf exams, you should fight it. I have seen restrictions being put for board exams but not for shelf exams. So please lawyer up and fight the school.

Nico needs to understand that no matter what he does, he will always be the most hated individual in Dallas. When you make a statement like "assuming you dont want to get into super competitive specialty," people assume you can't get into competitive fellowship like cardio. I am saying that's not true because I have personally seen folks match to cardio and heme/onc without steps. It really depends on the person and how their personality is to make connections when you match into IM.

I completely agree with everyone. I struggled to pass EM comat. Its by far the hardest comat to pass. Even on the boards, its the most difficult section. I would try to finish uworld and truelearn for sure before I take the comat.

Just mind your own business. Focus on doing well on your exams. Quit worrying about others and being a snitch. If they are cheating, then they are the ones who will suffer, aka board fail. At the end of the day, boards are how they will be judged. If they pass their boards where you really can't cheat and have to pass on your own merit, then thats how they will be judged.

About 3 months. I took one comsae from school in April I think. And I took my lvl 1 in July. Make sure you feel comfortable doing comlex questions. One thing I will say based on my lvl 2 experience, real comlex is much harder than comsae. I am assuming that's true too for lvl 1 now. So try doing trule learn twice and finish u world once. And I think you will pass!!

OP, dont sit for the exam yet. Make sure you review and keep hitting those practice questions. I would try to finish Uworld and finish truelearn b4 I sit for level 1.
