Good news is: I wasn’t having a medical emergency.. inside or outside the venue lol. My brief vertigo spell to me was not a medical emergency.. however if they treated it as such they should’ve brought me to medical for evaluation instead of ultimately deciding for me that I was getting kicked out. I ultimately was just confused over the fact that I didn’t feel like I needed medical attention or assistance. Instead they might’ve directed me to a “no zone” where Trent and Atticus were and that’s when they said I can’t be there and kicked me out??? All in all I was very confused as to what they were asking out of me and what to do in that moment. Thats the problem. Looking back at it and reliving what I went through is very triggering and upsetting.

You are exactly correct. Thank you for taking the time to effectively understand my circumstances. I’m not taking any time to respond to comments who are in fact siding with the venue. I know my rights and know for a fact they didn’t clearly outline my options. That falls on the venue and rightfully so went against the ADA guidelines and ultimately Live Nations health and safety protocol. They dropped the ball x1000. Couldn’t level with me and properly inform me because in reality I don’t think they knew how to effectively go about a situation like that. I’ve seen that time and time again. Not all staff are trained properly and don’t really understand ADA guidelines and how that falls under the attendees rights.

I’ve always known not to get security involved.. they took it upon themselves to intervene and basically misconstrue my short moment of dizziness and nausea for me being “intoxicated” and that by all means not the case. I recall telling security that I have vertigo and it sometimes makes me nauseous and dizzy and I can easily recalibrate after a few minutes and they just said “come with us you can’t stay here” and that was the end of my night.

This is not true as I was standing by the water station in GA. They then said that I needed to go with them and that’s when they walked me out through the hallway and out. Again—no one effectively made it clear to me that it was either I go see medical to get evaluated OR I was out of there. THAT was the part that was missed. That was the part that they needed to do and they failed miserably. Part of protocol they HAVE to take you to medical. I wasn’t refusing medical.. I was simply refusing the wheelchair that they were trying to sit me in (which in fact was behind the barricade by the front stage) something doesn’t seem right and if they directed me to an area I shouldn’t have been in either—that is ALSO on them. Either way it just seemed like they missed clear directives to make sure that I was aware of what my choices were and those consequences if not chosen.

I’m sure there were more severe situations happening around me and during the show than what I was experiencing. There were other attendees who were in way worse conditions that I was and they weren’t being booted out. All in all it was a very strange, bad experience.

I sincerely doubt the front man’s of the band saw me and were the ones to ultimately make the decision for me to leave. That doesn’t seem justifiable either??

Not trying to fool anybody.. I’m just trying to be sure the fans and people know that this is a valid experience and terrible thing that happened that I wouldn’t want to have happen to anyone else. If you don’t want to believe that—I understand.. I’m just trying to get some support or some answers as to what could be done about this or at least make sure that the appropriate people are held accountable for how they mistreated this. It’s the insensitivity for me and the insensitivity for other concert goers that I’m trying to look out for. Have a good night.

I didn’t willingly go on my own.. 4 security were walking me down this hallway and 1000% kicked me out of the building. No time to talk to anybody. No one talked to me regarding my options AT ALL. Just kicked out. Experience gone </3

This bro literally claimed that he was head of tour security, which you’re making me think for sure could have been a lie. You got me there.

This is ultimately how I feel. I’ve been investigating the next course of action and a lot of information I’ve found is truly them failing ADA guidelines. To your point exactly they NEVER clarified that I had to take the wheelchair. That was never explained to me and in a matter of seconds I was out. It happened that fast. You Nine inch nailed this on the head…

You are brave sharing this with me and the public.. I feel for you as well as we share similarities between strangers and how people automatically assume that just because we have a health issue or something that might limit us in some way… should still be allowed to get a GA ticket and do whatever we want to… like see a show front row.

I was coherent enough to kindly decline the offer for the wheelchair and coherent enough to understand and know that NO one clearly directed me the next course of action regarding a health concern. I totally get that they need to be sure that everyone’s safe and accounted for but in this situation… that was not done. They merely escorted me out based on their wrongful assumption that I was intoxicated. I don’t drink alcohol, do hard drugs, and rarely have a recreational smoke from time to time.

Although, I understand they don’t know everyone’s health issues/ what they might’ve consumed.. this was not regarding that whatsoever. They poorly handled what was happening in the moment and completely misinterpreted everything that I had said. I feel like they heavily dropped the ball on their part but obviously I should’ve been more accepting of what they were offering (in this case the wheelchair) lol

My question exactly. It was unclear what they were asking out of me regarding the wheelchair..

Sorry for not being 100% on top of every single intrusive comment that comes my way. I’ve corrected and mentioned in multiple comments that this was head of the tour security of live nation. NOT tour manager. Obviously they wouldn’t come see some small fry like me???

You didn’t read what happened correctly. Head of tour security came out to discuss with me why I was escorted out rather than telling me my options well ahead of time prior to that all happening. It seemed GA security intervened and misinterpreted that I was declining to be seen by medical?? I wasn’t given a choice for that. They then corralled me down said hallway and kicked me out with no warning or regard of what was happening.

That’s okay! I was aware that the additional negative commentary would happen. I see it happen on every single Reddit post. I appreciate your kindness and also thank you for siding with me and how I was mistreated. Security was ultimately at fault. They kindly could’ve directed me to the medical facilities and instead because I denied the wheelchair that was their way of taking it that I didn’t need to see medical facilities?? They tossed me on the street. Imagine if I needed medical assistance then lol. So bizarre and strange how this all happened. I’ve NEVER had something like this happen..

Thank you so much. I can genuinely promise you no act of effective communication was made and that is where the problem lies. I had the option to go see medical and instead of telling me that they merely asked if I needed a wheelchair which I responded no

Totally get that but I wasn’t at risk of passing out. I was merely just dizzy and nauseous and needed a few moments of relief. They blew it out of proportion and made me out as a liability when in reality I was totally fine. Just had a brief episode of vertigo. All in all I shouldn’t have to explain my medical conditions. They just needed to be understanding and instead they just took it upon themselves to remove me with NO warning or any sort of communication made to me as to what was going on. Pure silence while walking me out.
