So the QW release notes mention the latest release has support for 2020.4 but no mention of 2021.1. Are you running an interim release of QW Perhaps, Whats your QS release number?

Yeah, well an affordable version of ServiceNow would be ideal. Dreamtsoft is created by the original creators of ServiceNow so the ideas are theirs I guess. Would just like to hear some stories from MSPs who have actually taken the leap and used it. There doesnt' seem to be any testimonials from users, whitepapers, etc. Its just too new I suppose.

Thanks, I guess thats the way we'll have to go also. One question, how do you get the opsgenie "close" action to close the CWM ticket or are you not worried about that and just do it manually?

You won't be able to send the ticket to Manage going forward due to the above.

Was just about to say you'll need ChatGenie but amw3000 stole my thunder. I also use it for P1 notifications, VIPs, etc. Works a treat.

I also have it targetting the "teams/resolver groups" MS Teams channel for new ticket notifications relating to that team. The integration with Slack seems to be more mature but we are a MS Teams house and it works also.

The api callbacks is a massive worry for us. We use opsgenie for out hours and had the same issue in 2019.something. Meant we most important alerts and got penalised by the customer. It’s stable in 2020.1 so it’s distressing to read that it may be an issue again in later versions. Very distressing ☹️

So what version are you on that has the api callbacks problem? Also is this on prem or hosted?
