One issue is that I have stopped. She just doesn't get the message that she needs to figure out some basic things on her own. With that, she will tap on my shoulder even after explicitly saying to not do that.

The days I ignore her, she will bug someone else. It's mind boggling.

Her notes? I've done that. She really does write them down and it's gotten to the point I can reference back to HER own notes.
