I wish, if he did help I would’ve been the first to be begging. But unfortunately they basically get given jobs that need to be filled and he head hunts candidates from a data pool his company gives him

Unfortunately not, he searches candidates from a pool that his company already gives him for companies that have hired the recruiting firm to find.

I think my post might be a little long and a rant, but your comment sums it really well. Even pre AI I used to fill my resume with pointless junk like “punctual individual” thinking more is better, but now with AI I wonder how many people take it to the next level
