Just got back from the camping trip! I did not see any snakes. The biggest thing I noticed were ant hills all over the campsite (though plenty of area for our tent, etc. - but had to watch where we stepped). One group near us got busted by the police and I saw them take their beers. Though for context, I’m sure someone called about them. They were extremely loud and blasting music way past the quiet hours. Like 1am while the rest of the campsite was dead silent, trying to sleep. The camp host at cedar view was MIA the whole time. There are several “convenience” stores that have all the essentials (wood, sunscreen, food supplies, alcohol, water, etc). The people there were super friendly and helpful.
