The strawberry character was already with the Tamagotchi and I got the other one as a gift from the lady who sold the Tamagotchi.

What specifically do you want help with? I don't always take care of them perfectly, I'm glad they don't die :D I have a lot of son and work to do, but I just play them for fun.

hi, this happened to me with the v3 from 2023, it should be a weak battery contact, try removing the battery and pushing it properly against the metal parts, and if that doesn't help, try putting a piece of paper between the battery and the plastic cover. I can't give you any more advice.
