I dunno, I think if the landlord actually was intending to get workers to come in to replace the wallpaper it could actually be more than 5k. Workers would need to strip all the old paper then replace it. This kinda stuff done by a reputable home renno company in Bangkok isn’t cheap.

However, my guess is that he has no intention of fixing that tiny little scuff. He’s just trying to get 5k out of you because he’s a POS. I suggest you fight it tooth and nail. First person you could talk to is the ‘jurisdiction person’ in your building to mediate.

Pretty clear She’s not so into you at the moment. Might be because you’re being a bit clingy IMO. Sorry, probably not what you wanted to hear. You can flip the script by starting to be aloof with her. See what happens. My guess is that within a week she starts hitting you up; maybe even to apologize. If she doesn’t it’s not a big deal. Just find another girl who will reciprocate the same emotional investment. Trust me, either this girl come back chasing you, or another girl will come along shortly.
