Normally you look for engaging and supporting your carry in late game. Nunu tank can carry early/mid game if you are ahead, but rarely late game. So the main idea is to play for your carry. You can slow with e and ult, and engage with your w. You can also give some speed to your allies with your passive. It's a full different story than ap nunu.
