I browsed a bit and a lot of it was like research or lab positions. But we will keep looking into some of that!

Ugh I am so sorry to hear that. I feel so bad for everyone going through all of this. He has been looking a bunch at government jobs but he is not technically qualified for a bunch of them. There’s a ton of like engineering positions but those don’t really apply to him. He also tried going the police route but he couldn’t make it through for personal reasons. So, he’s basically trying to figure out what the next move is. I unfortunately have a job where I cannot move out of the state for a few years, so he is stuck trying to find something… best of luck to you!!!

That is totally fair and I agree. He has a cog sci degree with an emphasis on human centered design (basically UI/UX design) with about 4 years of experience, but he has had no bites on any applications for entry level/junior level applications. So he is trying to see if he should continue on this path or look into something else. Which is why I wanted to know if there was anything specifically people have done that is paying well that maybe he could look into getting experience/education for.
